I synced my league, but I don't see my team's scores unless I select "show all".
There appears to be an intermittent issue with ESPN where sometimes the retrieved data doesn't include which team(s) the user manages.
Unsync your account in the settings page, and then try to resync it. If it remains an issue, contact us.
Why aren't some logos appearing on my iPhone app?
There appears to be an issue with downloading certain SVG image files from ESPN's server. Unfortunately, the free image packs that ESPN provides and uses for default logos are SVG files. Apple doesn't natively support displaying SVG images, and the third-party framework we use to render these images appear to have trouble with certain ones.
We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to find a solution.
Why does my user periodically get disconnected?
Unfortunately, due to FanDuel's security settings, we are unable to maintain permanent authorization for synced FanDuel users.
If you don't see your contests, you will see a message that tells you to go to the Settings screen to check the connection status of your user(s). If it says "Disconnected", you will have to unsync and then resync the user(s). If it remains an issue, contact us.
If your account credentials were changed - at least for MyFantasyLeague - you will have to re-sync your account.
Otherwise, make sure that your league is active and that you still have access to it.

If it still says "Disconnected", make sure that your league is active and that you still have access to it.
If your league exists but is inactive - whether past or present - or has no schedule, then no live data can be pulled from it, and it will be marked as "Disconnected".
